End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement and Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of World Time Converter (the “Service”, available at world-time.co), operated by Tutsin Consulting sp. z o.o. (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service through a standard web browser for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to this Agreement.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service in any way that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• copy, resell, or redistribute the Service, or use it to build a competing product; or
• remove or obscure any proprietary notices in the Service.

3. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Tutsin Consulting sp. z o.o. and protected by applicable laws. Except for the licence expressly granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

4. Accuracy and no reliance

The Service displays time-zone conversions for general informational convenience only. While it uses your browser’s time-zone database, time-zone rules and daylight-saving changes can vary and may not always be current or accurate. You should independently verify any time before relying on it for travel, meetings, deadlines, or other important matters. The Service is not a substitute for an authoritative time source.

5. “As is” disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tutsin Consulting sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. We may also update this Agreement from time to time; changes take effect when posted on this page.

8. Termination

This Agreement applies while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach this Agreement.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Poland. To the extent permitted by law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts competent for the registered seat of Tutsin Consulting sp. z o.o. This does not deprive consumers of protections afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
